Falcon Bean

Extremely rare productive bush bean with small, pill shaped beans. Named Falcon bean due to the brown around the eye that displays the figure of a falcon in flight.
This bean was a stand out bush bean in our San Antonio Spring/Summer trials. Falcon bean is very heat and drought tolerant. Small, bush plants mature 90 days, producing abundant, flavorful beans that are excellent as a dry bean. Thin bean pods are valued for concentrated harvests and good disease resistance.
