Calypso Bush Bean

Calypso is an old heirloom variety originally from the Caribbean. Round black and white seeds on strong 15" plants. Also known as "Orca" or "Yin-yang", these beans a favorite of kids and adults alike. 

Calypso performs well in containers or small spaces for those with limited space. Plants are strong, highly productive and adaptable to a wide range of environments. Beans have a mild flavor and the texture is kind of like a potato. 

Super fun to grow, the beans have performed well in in the Texas heat in our test garden.
