Tatume Squash

A vigorous summer squash, this Mexican heirloom is perfect for hot, humid climates.

Tatume produces round, striped green fruits with firm, flavorful flesh—best harvested at baseball size.

Excellent for both squash and edible blooms, the long vines are heavy producers and thrive in fertile, well-drained soil (pH 6.0–7.0). If left to mature, fruits grow large with mottled deep green skin.

Days to Maturity: 45-55. Cucurbita pepo.
