Beautiful black and white markings. One of our top 3 tasting beans. Vaqueros keep their shape when cooked and make an amazing black pot-liquour that looks gorgeous and taste lovely! Grew like a semi-pole in our trial garden; did not require staking. Light and just slightly potato-like; great for chili.
