Zuni Gold Bush Bean

Highly drought-tolerant and adaptable bush bean first cultivated by the Pueblo peoples in the American southwest.
One our best performers in our super, limited water bed. We watered perhaps once a week. Bush bean that remains pretty short and compact. Good for containers.

As a cooked bean, Zuni gold held there shape well and had phenomenal flavor cooked up with onions and garlic! Very tasty. 

Terrific dry bean, 90 days to maturity.
